    Mai Irie

    Wagashi Artist

    Mai graduated from Keio University and worked for Citigroup and J.P.Morgan for more than 10 years. She always wanted to be much more creative in her work, she started cooking classes and demonstrations from her home kitchen. Since 2017, she has done countless Wagashi- Japanese traditional confectionery making classes to both local and international guests.

     

    Alumni and teaching license holder of Yanagihara Culinary School of Traditional Japanese Cuisine.

     

    She has lived in Singapore and Hong Kong, making pottery is her another passion.
