Ramen - soy sauce soup
Ingredients (2 servings)
(Soy Sauce Soup)
A.Water 2 L
A.Parma Ham bone
B.10 cm of green part of spring onion
C. 1⁄2 onion, 5g ginger, a cube of garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp sake, 1 tbsp mirin
2 servings of Chinese noodle
2 slices of braised pork (store bought)
2 boiled eggs, cut into two
10 cm of spring onion, finely chopped 2 slices of seaweed
•Prepare soup stock. Add a bone and green part of spring onion to the water and cook until the water is about 1L.(Low heat for about 2 -3 hours.) Pour the soup over a paper towel in a strainer.
1.Prepare soup. Thinly slice ingredients B. Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook B. Add 4 cups of soup stock and cook for 10 minutes. Add C to and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour the soup over a paper towel in a strainer.
2.Boil the noodle in accordance to the instructions. Drain well.
3.Pour the hot soup into a bowl. Serve the noodle. Top with the braised pork, egg, spring onion and seaweed.
